Terms & Conditions – The Super PLEG Summit 2026 (Website & Event)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Super PLEG Summit 2026 website, the purchase of Passes/Memberships, Participation in any Summit activities (including the PLEJ Challenge), and any transactions or relationships with Planmore Lateral Entry Solutions (the “Organizer”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms incorporate and expand the Prize Rules and Event Descriptions published on the Summit Website and supporting materials supplied to us.
By accessing or using the website, registering for or attending the Summit, purchasing a pass/membership, or submitting an entry to any challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Definitions
- “Website” means the Super PLEG Summit 2026 public website and any related pages, forms, or online platforms operated by the Organizer.
- “Summit” means the in-person event described on the Website (36 days in Pune, India from 12 April 2026 to 17 May 2026) and any related virtual activities, pre-events, or continuing services for Members.
- “Member / Passholder” means anyone who buys a Pass, Membership, or otherwise Registers for Summit access.
- “Entrant” means a Person or Team submitting an Entry to any Challenge, Prize, Hackathon or Builder/App/Prototype competition (including the PLEJ Challenge).
- “Submission” means any Materials, Prototypes, Source Code, Documentation, Video, Pitch Materials, or other Content provided by an Entrant in connection with a Challenge.
- “Prize Terms” refers to the PLEJ Challenge / Prize Terms & Conditions summary on the Website.
2. Scope and Applicability
These Terms apply to:
- Use of the Website.
- Purchase and use of Passes and Memberships.
- Participation in Summit events (Physical and Virtual).
- Submission of Entries to Prizes, Hackathons and Challenges.
- All Communications, Announcements, and Transactions between You and the Organizer.
Where a particular program (for example, a Competition or Membership) has additional rules, codes of conduct, or prize-specific terms, those documents form part of the agreement between you and the Organizer and prevail in the event of any conflict.
3. Registration, Purchases, Pricing and Memberships
3.1 Registration & Payment
- Registration is completed only when payment is received, and confirmation is issued. We accept the payment methods listed on the Website.
- Memberships, Passes and Ticket Pricing are published on the Website. The Website price at the time of purchase is authoritative. The source document contains Multiple Pricing References and some inconsistent entries; the official Website price and the purchase confirmation you receive are definitive.
3.2 Passes and Memberships (illustrative)
The Website shows several Passes/Memberships (White, Green, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Titanium, Black Diamond) with differing durations and benefits. Exact benefits, seat limits, eligibility and prices are set on the Website and or in your purchase confirmation; those specifics control. Examples shown on the Website include White Pass (₹2,000) and Green Pass (₹10,000) – see the Website for details.
3.3 Price Changes and Promotions
- The Organizer may change prices, create promotional codes, or offer limited time discounts. Changes do not affect completed purchases except as expressly stated in writing by the Organizer.
- Any claimed or posted discount is valid only if expressly honoured in your checkout/purchase confirmation.
3.4 Taxes and Fees
- All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) and duties required by your jurisdiction. The Organizer will collect, and remit taxes where legally required.
4. Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds
4.1 Purchaser Cancellation by You
- Tickets and passes are non-transferable unless the Website expressly permits transfers. Where transfers are allowed, they are subject to Organizer approval and a fee.
- Refunds for Pass/Membership purchases are governed by the Website refund policy as in Effect at Purchase. In the absence of a specific Website policy, the Organizer’s standard refund policy is:
- Cancellation >60 days before the Summit start: full refund less an administrative fee (up to 10%).
- Cancellation 31 to 60 days before Summit start: 50% refund.
- Cancellation 30 days or fewer before Summit start: no refund.
(Organizer may adopt different policies for particular passes: Rely on the purchase confirmation for the applicable rule.)
4.2 Organizer Cancellation / Postponement / Modification
- The Organizer may Cancel, Postpone, Relocate, Reschedule or Modify the Summit, any Activity, or any Challenge for Safety, Legal, Operational or Force Majeure Reasons. If the Organizer cancels or materially modifies the Summit, the Organizer will offer reasonable alternatives such as Refunds, Credits, or Rescheduled Dates in its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
- In no event will Organizer be liable for incidental or consequential losses (subject to local consumer protection laws). See Section 12 (Liability).
4.3 Event Disruption (Force Majeure)
- The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, epidemic/pandemic restrictions, government acts, strikes, war, insurrection, terrorism, infrastructure failure, travel bans, etc.). The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to notify you and propose alternatives if feasible.
4.4 No Guarantee of Funding, Employment or Deals
- Although the Website and promotional materials describe investments, job fairs and capital infusion opportunities, Organizer does not guarantee that any attendee will obtain funding, employment, contracts or business deals. All such outcomes are between you and third parties.
5. PLEJ Challenge / Prize Terms (Summary and Rules)
The Website contains Prize Terms for the PLEJ Challenge. This section summarizes and expands those terms; the full Prize Terms posted on the Website and any official Challenge rules for a particular prize carry legal force.
5.1 Eligibility
- Open to individuals and teams unless excluded by local law, sanction lists or specific prize restrictions. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian consent and may have age limits per prize tier. Employees of Organizer, its sponsors, and immediate family members are ineligible unless expressly stated.
5.2 Submission Requirements
- Entries must be original (owned by the Entrant or submitted with appropriate rights). No plagiarism.
- Entrants must submit the required materials (working prototype or hosted demo, documentation, a 3 to 5-minute demo video where required). Organizer may ask for source code or additional proof; failure to comply can lead to disqualification.
5.3 Judging and Selection
- Evaluation stages include Eligibility Check, Technical Review, Jury Demo, and Final Scoring. Judges’ decisions are final subject to verification and compliance with published rules. Organizer may supplement jury with Domain Experts.
5.4 Intellectual Property and Licensing
- Entrants retain ownership of pre-existing IP. By submission, Entrants grant Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display and promote the Submission for promotional, marketing and archival purposes. This license is limited to promotional uses and does not transfer ownership unless a separate commercial agreement is executed.
5.5 Verification, KYC and Disbursement
- Prize awards are provisional pending verification (KYC/KYB, bank details, entity documentation, tax documentation, IP ownership confirmation). Organizer will withhold taxes and make necessary reports as required by applicable laws. The Website states prizes will be disbursed by bank transfer within 30 business days following successful verification (unless otherwise stated).
5.6 Taxes and Withholding
- Winners are responsible for taxes in their jurisdiction. Organizer will withhold/report taxes where legally required and provide tax documentation.
5.7 Disqualification and Recovery
- Organizer may disqualify entries for fraud, plagiarism, falsification or rule violations. If disqualified after payout, Organizer reserves the right to reclaim funds and pursue remedies.
5.8 Prize Limits and Changes
- Organizer reserves the right to modify prize sizes, number of winners, prize categories, or prize distribution prior to final award announcement. Material changes will be communicated to registered Entrants.
6. Intellectual Property: Website and Materials
6.1 Organizer IP
- All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, designs, audio, video, functionality, software and trade dress) is the property of the Organizer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
6.2 Your Submissions and Public Display
- By posting or submitting content to public forums, galleries, social walls, or to competitions, you grant Organizer a license to use that content as described in Section 5.4 and the Website’s Privacy/Media policies.
6.3 Use Restrictions
- You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute content from the Website for commercial gain without express written permission.
7. Code of Conduct, Safety and Health
7.1 General Conduct
- Attendees, sponsors, partners, vendors, volunteers and Entrants must act lawfully, respectfully and professionally. Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, theft, or other harmful behaviour will result in removal and potential banning.
7.2 Health and Safety
- You agree to comply with health, safety and security rules. You are responsible for your own insurance (health, travel, property). Organizer may require proof of insurance for some activities. Organizer is not responsible for medical treatment costs.
7.3 Photography, Filming and Media
- By attending in person, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded and to the Organizer’s right to use such media for promotional purposes unless you have notified Organizer in writing in advance and Organizer has approved an accommodation. Entrants grant Organizer rights to showcase demos and finalist presentations for promotion.
8. Privacy and Cookies
- Your personal data will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the Website. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, retention periods, security measures, your rights and how to contact our Data Protection Officer. By using the Website, registering, buying a pass, or participating you consent to the Organizer’s data practices.
9. Third-Party Services, Sponsors and Links
- The Website may link to third-party websites, sponsors, payment processors and partner platforms. Those links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Organizer is not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or content.
10. Warranties; Disclaimers
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website, Summit and any services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Organizer disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Organizer does not warrant continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website.
11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
11.1 Limitation of Liability
- Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Organizer’s liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Summit, Website, Tickets, Memberships, or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid to Organizer in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will Organizer be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
11.2 Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold Organizer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors and partners harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, wilful misconduct, or your use of the Website or participation in the Summit.
12. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Summit will first be referred to mediation in Pune, Maharashtra, India. If mediation is not successful within 60 days, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration in Pune, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (or successor statute). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws will govern and supersede arbitration to the extent they cannot be waived. (The Website’s Prize Terms contain a placeholder for jurisdiction; Organizer has chosen Indian law for the Pune event. Users may seek independent legal advice.)
13. Changes to Terms
- The Organizer may amend these Terms at any time. We will post amended Terms on the Website with the “Last updated” date. Material changes (that adversely affect rights) will be notified to registered Users where reasonably possible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Accessibility and Reasonable Adjustments
- The Organizer is committed to making the Summit accessible. If you require reasonable adjustments (e.g., mobility, dietary, access needs), please contact us in advance at the email/telephone listed below. Reasonable accommodations will be provided where feasible.

All legal notices should be sent by registered mail or courier to the Organizer’s official email, or address when that address is published; electronic notices by email are acceptable for general correspondence but not for high-formality legal notices unless otherwise agreed.
16. Additional Provisions
16.1 Entire Agreement
- these Terms (and any referenced policies and prize-specific rules) constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding the Summit and supersede prior agreements.
16.2 Severability
- if a provision is invalid or unenforceable it will be severed and the remainder will remain in force.
16.3 Waiver
- failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
17. Special Notes and Clarifications (from the provided Website material)
- The Website and supporting materials contain rich promotional descriptions (estimated prize pools, expected capital infusion, projected deals and job counts). These are aspirational and promotional in nature; they do not create binding guarantees except where a specific commitment is set out in writing (e.g., prize awards listed in the official Prize Terms).
- The source PDF provided to draft these Terms includes some inconsistent or placeholder items (for example, multiple versions of membership pricing and placeholders for jurisdiction and address). The Organizer’s live Website and your purchase confirmation are the controlling sources for final prices, benefits and the official postal address.
18. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket or pass, registering for the Summit, submitting a Challenge entry, or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and any other rules relevant to your participation.
